I am about to tell you how to get your belly flat with hardly any exercise. This is a very simple formula and it works every time. All you need to do is follow it.

Everyone thinks you need to do hundreds of crunches and you need to work your abs 5 days a week but this is not true. You don’t need to as much as you think to get your belly to lose the fat. Heck you might even get a six pack.

Secret #1: Exercising your abs

What I am about to tell you is going to be hard to believe but probably almost everyone believes that getting those great looking abs comes from working them out hard. The problem comes in that doing more and more cardio will not get the fat off the stomach area. It is an important exercise but not the only one that is needed. Doing aerobic or cardio is only about 10% of the training needed.
